Women’s Health Week – Join us for a morning of mindfulness
To help celebrate Women’s Health Week, come and join Charlotte Thaarup from The
Mindfulness Clinic for an early morning Mindfulness session, discussing anxiety and stress.
You will walk away with the tools and knowledge to practice simple mindfulness
techniques. Understand the positive transformative power that Mindfulness can
have on you and those around you.
Treat yourself with kindness and make mindfulness a part of your day.
