She leads the Quality & Engagement team, ensuring that children, families, and staff are warmly welcomed and well-supported from day one. Kristy’s work behind the scenes—across HR, IT, and process improvement—helps create a smooth and caring experience, so our team can focus on what matters most: supporting your child. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys cheering at basketball games and spending time with loved ones. Louise - Finance Officer Louise holds a Bachelor of Science and a Certificate IV in Financial Services, bringing a thoughtful and practical approach to her work at Firstchance. As a key member of our finance team, Lou works closely with families and staff to create service agreements and manage funding, acting as the vital link between the NDIS, families, and our team. With over 10 years of dedicated service, Louise is known for her exceptional customer care and commitment to making things easier for the people we support. Outside of work, Lou enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with her groodle, Kobe. Linda - Finance Officer With over 30 years of experience in administration, finance, and corporate management, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and care to her role at Firstchance. She works closely with families, staff, the NDIS, and plan managers to ensure NDIS plans are administered smoothly and that everyone involved feels supported and informed. Linda’s attention to detail and commitment to excellent service make her a trusted point of contact for families navigating their funding. For the past seven years, Linda has been a valued member of our finance team, known for her warm approach and dedication to making a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and relaxing with a good book or movie. Gen - Finance Officer Gen brings a creative and practical blend of skills to her role at Firstchance, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Certificate IV in Financial Services. As our Finance Officer for payables and payroll, Gen supports the Firstchance team with expert HR and payroll advice, and also serves as our Return to Work Officer. Her kind and considerate nature, along with her expertise, helps ensure our frontline team feels supported and valued every day. When Gen’s not at work, fun involves watching her boys play sport, spending time with her blind dog Fynn, and enjoying time with family and friends. Wendy - Administrator, Quality and Engagement Wendy has a Diploma of Management and a BA Graphic Design and over 20 year’s experience in Personal Assistant and Administrative roles. Her quirky sense of humour aligns well with the rest of the team meaning there is rarely a dull day in the office. She enjoys being behind the scenes supporting the rest of the team where she can so that the team can work their magic with the kids and the families. When not at the office Wendy enjoys catching up with friends (the 2 legged and 4 legged fury variety) and her morning coffee! Kelly - Administrator, Quality and Engagement Kelly is a warm and welcoming member of our administration team, often the first friendly face families meet when joining Firstchance. With dual qualifications as an Administrator and Allied Health Assistant, Kelly plays a vital role in supporting both families and staff. She helps streamline systems and processes to reduce administrative burden, allowing our frontline team to focus on what matters most—supporting children and families. You’ll find Kellie always smiling and ready to help. When she’s not at work, Kelly enjoys live music, and spending time with her Fur baby (Kelpie) Remi at the dog park. Kate - Receptionist, Quality and Engagement Kate is the friendly face that welcomes new families to Firstchance, helping them feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. With qualifications including a Certificate III in Business Administration, an Advanced Secretarial Course, and a background as a licensed real estate agent, Kate brings professionalism and warmth to her role. Her work ensures that families are greeted with care and that day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing our team to focus on supporting children. Robyn - Receptionist, Quality and Engagement Robyn is a warm and welcoming presence at Firstchance, working two days a week as part of our reception team. With qualifications in Certificate IV Financial Services and Certificate III Business Administration, Robyn brings professionalism and care to every interaction. She helps ensure families feel supported from the moment they arrive and assists the team with day-to-day operations that keep things running smoothly. Marie - Key Support Worker & Health & Safety Representative Marie plays a vital behind-the-scenes role at Firstchance, working alongside our allied health and specialist educator teams to compile tailored resources that support therapeutic outcomes for children and families. As our Key Support Worker and WHS Officer, Marie’s thoughtful and practical support helps ensure our team can work safely and efficiently.
