What we do

Firstchance is a not-for-profit organisation that provides early intervention and school-aged programs for children aged 0-12 years with a disability or developmental delay, and their families. We accept referrals for children aged 0-9 years. 

We are a multidisciplinary team with significant expertise in assisting children with a range of disabilities – and this includes developmental delay, autism, chromosomal disorders, and genetic conditions.

Based in Newcastle, Firstchance has been serving the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Port Stephens region for over 40 years.
