Jade is a caring and skilled Allied Health Therapist at Firstchance, supporting children aged 0–9 with disability and developmental delay. She brings a gentle, family-centred approach to her work, helping children build confidence and reach their goals. Jade works closely with families to create therapy plans that are both practical and empowering. She’s passionate about making a positive difference in every child’s journey.

Kelly - Allied Health Assistant 

Kelly has a Certificate III in Children Services and Individual Support. Kelly has been in the child care and disability sector for 17 years and is a joy to be around. Her bubbly personality flutters when she is working with children and families. With an abundance of energy there is always something exciting happening around Kelly. Kelly is flexible in her Therapy Assistant Role and then switching to her administrative role where she is super helpful and supportive of the wider team, and nothing is too much trouble.  In her spare time, you will find Kelly enjoying live music and spending time with her Fur Baby (Kelpie) Remi down at the dog park.

Sam is a much-loved Allied Health Assistant at Firstchance, known for her warm nature and practical support. With a family of her own, Sam brings lived experience and genuine care to every session. She works closely with therapists to help children build skills through play and everyday routines. Families appreciate Sam’s approachable style and her commitment to helping children thrive.

With over 15 years of experience supporting families, she brings deep knowledge, kindness, and consistency to her role. Carolyn is a valued member of the team, helping children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn through play. Her gentle approach and strong relationships with families make her an integral part of the Firstchance community.

Clara is a dedicated Therapy Assistant in our Little Ones Playgroup, bringing over four years of experience and a deep personal connection to the program. As a former parent in the group, Clara understands first hand the importance of early support and now gives back by helping other families navigate similar journeys. Her big heart, bright smile, and compassionate nature make her a cherished part of the Firstchance team.
