Mentoring and Supervision Our experienced team members have an interest in sharing their knowledge and skills with other Allied Health Professionals. We are able to provide online: Supervision Mentoring Firstchance employs a team of experienced, knowledgeable and skilled peadiatric allied health professionals who have been working in the NDIS environment for over 10 years. Our Supervisors and Mentors have experience sharing their knowledge and skills in formal and informal settings and are registered with their respective professional bodies. We have vast experience working alongside children aged 0-12 years with a disability and/or developmental delay and their families to achieve sustainable outcomes. Our team provides supports within various community settings such as: home, early childhood education setting, school, parks, playgrounds etc. We have a breath of knowledge and delivery experience to draw upon. Within our: Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Speech Pathology Specialist Educator teams we are keen to share our knowledge and skills with other allied health professionals, particularly those in rural and remote communities who unlike us don't have ready access to mentoring and supervision support.
